Learn how to make really delicious soup! In this winter half day intensive soup making course, you will bring your focus back to basics.
Using the fundamentals of wholefoods cooking, you will explore how to use ingredients and the creative act of cooking itself to nourish one fully.
You will be learning to combine certain foods and ingredients to bring out the best from winter produce and will create warming winter soups that have a deep nourishing quality. Course will encompass some food theory, will include sourdough bread demo and many practical skills (knife skills, different cooking methods).
You will end up with 2-3 types of soup to take home and a small recipe sheet on how to cook the same soups at home.
All soups made in class are vegan.
