Join us for a morning of hiking and curiosity through Odell Park.
Odell Park is filled with life and activity, especially in the winter! We will explore the park learning about what animals call the forest home during New Brunswick winters, how their activities change in colder months, and how to spot what animals we share the park with. Along the trail, we will search for animal tracks, scat, and other signs of animals nearby.
Pack your toque and your imagination, and join us under the trees. Dress for the weather, and be prepared for snow and possible slippery trail conditions.
This event is geared towards children and families, with hands-on games and activities to get the whole family involved.
This event is brought to you by the LICHEN League, a team of Nature Educators from CPAWS NB, Ducks Unlimited Canada, Parks NB, Nashwaak Watershed Association, and Nature NB bringing our love of the outdoors to you.
Meet us at the Odell Park Lodge, near the parking lot off Waggoners Lane.
